About the fabric:
Dabu print is a traditional hand-block printing technique that originated in Rajasthan, India. The technique uses a mud-resist dyeing process to create intricate designs on fabric.
To create dabu print, the fabric is first treated with a mixture of mud, gum arabic, and lime. This mixture is applied to the fabric in a specific pattern using hand-carved wooden blocks. The mud-resist mixture is allowed to dry, after which the fabric is dyed using natural dyes such as indigo or madder root. The areas of the fabric covered in mud do not absorb the dye, resulting in a resist effect that creates the pattern.

You may find certain irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour as these are traditional hand block print. Thus slight variation in colour, shade, motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process.
